About Modern Home Remodeling AZ

Built on Quality.
Driven by Pride.

We're an Arizona remodeling company that believes in doing one thing at a time — and doing it exceptionally well.

Serving Arizona Greater Phoenix Metro Area

Our Story

Quality Over
Quantity — Always

Modern Home Remodeling AZ was built on a simple belief: that homeowners deserve better than an overbooked contractor who's juggling a dozen jobs at once. We decided early on that we'd rather do one project exceptionally well than rush through many.

That philosophy has shaped everything about how we operate — from the way we plan a project to the way we show up every day until it's done. When you hire us, our crew is on your job and your job only. No splitting focus, no sending a junior crew while we're across town on something else.

The result is work we're proud of, and clients who call us back for the next project — and send their neighbors our way.

What We Stand For

The Way We Work

Three principles we refuse to compromise on — no matter the size of the project or the budget.

One Project at a Time

We never split our attention between multiple jobs. When we're on your project, every person on our crew is focused on your home — and stays that way until the job is done right.

Craftsmanship First

We don't cut corners to hit a faster timeline. Every decision — from materials to finishing details — is made with long-term quality in mind. We build things to last, not to look good for the walkthrough.

Total Accountability

We pull our own permits, manage the full scope of work, and stand behind everything we build. No finger-pointing at subcontractors. One team, one point of contact, full responsibility.

Two room additions to our home, large living room area as well as large walk-in closet. Entire process was smooth, fairly priced and completed on time, would highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling! Planning to use them again to build a new patio cover…

Scott and Nephi helped us take a 3/4 basement and turn it into a separate apartment where over the years we can have newlywed grandkids live while getting a start in life. The photos show before, during and after of taking down a long corridor wall where we turned most of a previously big storage room into a full-size kitchen with new flooring, lighting, cabinets, and appliances. It looks fabulous. The kids have been in for 2 weeks now and love it. Great job Modern Home Remodeling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are about 2/3 of the way through adding a kitchen and a lot of other remodeling for our downstairs to turn it into a full 2-bedroom apartment for grandkids starting out. Scott and Nephi (father and son) are wonderful from design discussion and planning, demolition, and rapidly getting the rough-in going to the point of now being ready to add cabinets and finishing with appliances, etc. We couldn't be happier. They are speedy, clean, a great value with services and material certainly not overpriced. They are also just great people to work with. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Modern Home Remodeling did quite a bit of work on our home. They converted our garage into a recreation room with a beautiful coffered ceiling. The created a breezeway between our detached garage and house. They installed windows and did a major face lift renovation to the front of out home. Their workmanship is of the highest quality and everything was done in a timely manner. Scott and Nephi are professional and personable. I will call them again for any future needs.

They took their time to understand what we wanted, communicated effectively, were flexible with changes mid project, got work done on schedule and on budget! The best part, they did not sub out any of the work. Cant say enough good stuff about this team.
