I'll update Cindy's last review. Scott and Nephi helped us take a 3/4 basement and turn it into a separate apartment where over the years we can have newlywed grandkids live while getting a start in life. The photos show before, during and after of taking down a long corridor wall where we turned most of a previously big storage room into a full-size kitchen with new flooring, lighting, cabinets, and appliances. We are about 2/3 of the way through adding a kitchen and a lot of other remodeling for our downstairs to turn it into a full 2-bedroom apartment for grandkids starting out. Scott and Nephi (father and son) are wonderful from design discussion and planning, demolition, and rapidly getting the rough-in going to the point of now being ready to add cabinets and finishing with appliances, etc. We couldn't be happier. They are speedy, clean, a great value with services and material certainly not overpriced. They are also just great people to work with. Modern Home Remodeling did quite a bit of work on our home.  They converted our garage into a recreation room with a beautiful coffered ceiling.  The created a breezeway between our detached garage and house.  They installed windows and did a major face lift renovation to the front of out home.  Their workmanship is of the highest quality and everything was done in a timely manner.  Scott and Nephi are professional and personable.
